Role Description This full-time Finance Broker role is based in Brisbane, QLD and offered as a hybrid position, combining on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day, the Finance Broker will assess customer financial situations, recommend suitable car finance or subscription solutions, and guide customers through application and approval processes. The role includes liaising with lenders and finance partners, explaining finance and insurance options in clear terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Broker will also support customers in improving their credit profiles, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge and experience in Finance and Financial Services relevant to consumer and vehicle finance.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, with the ability to assess customer circumstances and propose appropriate solutions.
- Experience in Commercial Finance, including understanding of lending criteria and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of Insurance products related to vehicle finance and the ability to explain options to customers.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or a related field; certification or accreditation as a finance broker is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with attention to ethical, compliant lending practices.
- Prior experience in automotive finance or consumer lending in Australia is an advantage.
