The Role
As a Reception / Host, you will:
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Manage bookings and walk-ins efficiently
- Liaise with floor and management to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area
About You
- Confident, well-presented, and personable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work in a rapid-paced hospitality environment
- Previous hosting or hospitality experience preferred
