About the role:

TrueCapital is looking for driven Finance Brokers to join us on a contract, self-employed basis. This chance is built for people who want to run their own mortgage and finance broking business — under a trusted, established brand — with real structure, free mentorship and full systems support behind them, and complete flexibility over how, when and where they work.

As a TrueCapital Finance Broker, you operate your own book of business. You bring your own clients and use your existing network to generate leads, and we provide the brand, compliance framework, lender panel, systems training and ongoing mentorship you need to build a genuinely uncapped income.

This is a remote, fully flexible arrangement — you set your own hours and work at your own pace, on your own terms.

What you will be doing:

- Sourcing and managing your own clients through your personal and professional network
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of mortgage and finance/loan products
- Assessing clients' financial situations and requirements to recommend suitable loan options
- Liaising with lenders and other stakeholders throughout the application process
- Delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with TrueCapital's policies and compliance standards
- Continuously building your industry knowledge, supported by ongoing mentorship and training

What are we looking for

- Your own network or client base you can bring to the business — this is essential
- Experienced brokers are welcome; motivated newcomers to the industry are equally encouraged to apply, provided they have a strong network to draw on




- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or a genuine willingness to obtain one — we'll support you if you're new to the industry)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently
- Self-motivated and well organised, comfortable managing your own business and workload
- A genuine commitment to doing right by clients and maintaining compliance standards
