Our Corporate

Services team provides finance, human resources, IT, legal, marketing and administrative support across the Group. We work collaboratively to provide timely, professional support that enables each operating business to perform at its best. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Finance Officer to join our Corporate Services team and take responsibility for the accurate and timely maintenance of financial records across several Group entities.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this is a broad, hands-on finance position covering transactional accounting, month-end reporting, compliance, reconciliations and operational support. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our financial information is accurate, our reporting deadlines are met and our processes continue to improve. This role would suit someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys working across multiple businesses and brings a genuinely positive, helpful and solutions-focused attitude to the workplace.

Monthly Performance Bonus In addition to the base salary, this position offers a monthly performance bonus valued at $500 inclusive of superannuation. The bonus is payable when the month-end accounts and reporting requirements for all three nominated operating entities (Leadify, Customology and Signpac) are accurately completed by the fifth business day of the following month, subject to the required internal standards and approvals being met.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include;

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple Group entities
- Completing daily bank reconciliations and accurately recording financial transactions
- Entering and processing domestic and international bills and payments
- Preparing invoices, issuing customer statements and responding to internal and external accounts enquiries
- Maintaining accounts receivable spreadsheets,



dashboards and progress reporting
- Reconciling revenue, bank accounts, balance-sheet accounts and inter-entity transactions
- Preparing month-end journals, including prepayments, stock, asset depreciation and inter-entity loans
- Reviewing balance sheets and profit and loss statements
- Preparing monthly management reports and supporting Board reporting
- Meeting with entity CEOs to review monthly financial results
- Preparing and lodging BAS and completing payroll tax calculations and payments
- Processing superannuation guarantee payments and resolving payment bounce-backs
- Calculating commissions and communicating outcomes to relevant employees
- Processing staff reimbursements through Expensify and Airwallex
- Managing Airwallex accounts and cards, NAB Transact payments and relevant account access
- Reviewing bills and submitting them for CEO approval
- Liaising with external accountants
- Maintaining property, lease, rent and outgoings records
- Reviewing licences and subscriptions across the Group
- Preparing EOM, EOFYS, payroll, FBT, WorkCover and payroll-tax reconciliations and workpapers
- Supporting annual budget preparation and coordinating with entity CEOs
- Providing practical guidance to employees on the correct treatment of financial transactions
- Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and procedures
- Providing limited payroll, HR, reception and general office support when required

About You To succeed in this role, you will have;

- Solid experience in a Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeper or similar hands-on accounting role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and Google Suite
- Demonstrated experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
- Practical experience completing month-end reporting and balance-sheet reconciliations
- An understanding of BAS, PAYG,



payroll tax, superannuation and FBT requirements
- The ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple operating entities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
- Robust organisational skills and the discipline to meet strict month-end deadlines
- Confidence communicating with CEOs, managers, employees, customers, suppliers and external advisers
- A proactive approach to improving systems, processes and reporting
- A professional, friendly and courteous communication style
- A willingness to assist with broader Corporate Services and office responsibilities when required

Requirements

- Solid experience in a Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeper or similar hands-on accounting role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and Google Suite
