? We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with financial data, analyzing business performance, and turning complex information into actionable insights.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data, business performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management presentations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and budgeted performance.
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
- Analyze revenue trends, operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
- Support investment, business case, and strategic financial analysis.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support business decisions.
- Prepare financial dashboards, reports, presentations, and management summaries.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) initiatives.
- Identify financial trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business teams.
- Assist with financial data validation and ensure accuracy of analytical outputs.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.




- Previous experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A;, investment analysis, or business analysis is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant academic or internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Robust analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present financial information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid commercial awareness and interest in business and financial markets.
