The Role

As a Fire & Risk Consultant, you will manage a diverse range of consulting projects while providing trusted advice to building owners, strata managers, developers, architects, certifiers and contractors.

You will be responsible for:





- Fire safety compliance assessments
- Building and fire protection audits
- Fire Safety Reports
- Fire Safety Schedule reviews
- Annual Fire Safety Statement coordination
- Fire Safety Order advice and responses
- Compliance assessments
- Preparation of specifications
- Client meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Developing practical compliance solutions
- Project management and technical report writing
- Business development and client relationship management

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with people who have experience in:

- Fire Safety Assessment
- Fire Safety Consulting
- Building Surveying
- Building Compliance
- Fire Protection Systems
- Regulatory Compliance
- Related consulting disciplines

Ideally, you'll have:

- Strong knowledge of construction code requirements and relevant Australian Standards
- Experience preparing fire safety compliance documentation
- Experience reviewing Fire Safety Schedules and AFSS documentation
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A practical and solutions-focused mindset
- A desire to mentor others and contribute to a growing business
