About the role

You'll run the floor during service: leading the front-of-house team, managing the guest journey from seating to farewell, resolving any issues smoothly, and keeping the room flowing at Mistelle's standard.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support the floor team during service

- Manage guest flow, seating, and service standards

- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues on the spot

- Assist with staff rostering and shift coordination

- Uphold Mistelle's presentation and hospitality standards

- Liaise between kitchen, bar, and floor teams

Requirements

- 2–3 years' experience in a floor supervisor or restaurant management role, ideally fine dining or an upscale bistro

- Strong leadership and composure under pressure

- Experience with staff rostering and guest relations

- French language skills a plus, not required

- Full working rights in Australia
