What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, skilled service that creates memorable guest experiences
- Take and deliver orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Share your knowledge of our hotel offerings and upsell with confidence
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
What We're Looking For
- A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well presented, with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in barista made coffee (advantageous)
- Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- RSA & Food Safety Certificate (essential)
- Reliable transport (highly desirable)
