What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately
- Process payments and follow responsible service requirements
- Keep tables, bars and customer areas clean, stocked and ready
- Answer customer questions and help create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work with the wider team to keep service moving during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

- A friendly and reliable approach to customers and teammates




- Previous hospitality experience is welcomed, but not essential
- Confidence communicating with customers in a busy venue
- A current NSW RSA competency card, or willingness to obtain one before starting
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
