BVCC has an opportunity for Food & Beverage Attendants to join the business, based in the Barossa. The BVCC complex is situated upon a beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyard near Tanunda.

About the role

Working alongside our experienced team, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, café operations, food and beverage service within a vibrant hospitality and tourism workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and welcoming customers.
- Taking food, beverage and gelato orders.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
- Delivering food and drinks to customers.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of café and customer areas.
- Assisting the team during busy service periods.
- Learning point-of-sale (POS) and cash-handling procedures.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service always.





About you

- Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with people.
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Well-presented with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- No prior hospitality experience is required.
- Previous customer service experience (advantageous but not essential).
- An interest in learning barista skills (advantageous but not essential).
- Basic coffee-making knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
