Located in the CBD and operating seven days a week, both venues offer a agile environment where attention to detail, teamwork and genuine hospitality are at the centre of every service. Our ideal candidate will have

- 2+ years experience as a food runner or section waiter within restaurants, wine bars or similar venues
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, with a desire to continue learning
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
