About Us

Sea Sea Hotel is a luxury boutique property in Crescent Head, NSW known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through refined service, premium food and beverage offerings, and a vibrant hospitality culture. We are seeking passionate bartenders and baristas, to join us on a Casual position. The right candidate is energetic, professional, and guest-focused individual who strives to deliver world-class hospitality in our venue. Roles are available for:

- Bartenders – craft cocktails, pour premium wines, and comfortable stepping out of bar to talk to guests in the restaurant.
- Baristas – knowledgable about coffee and espresso culture, able to multitask with bar duties as required.

You’ll work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to create seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver professional, engaging, and polished service in line with Sea Sea Hotel standards.
- Provide beverage and/or dining service with attention to detail and personality.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and anticipating their needs.
- Support hotel events, private functions, and in-room dining service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation,



and efficiency across service areas.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality (bartending, restaurant, or cafe) – luxury or high-end venues a plus.
- Passionate about food, wine, coffee, cocktails, and guest service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
- RSA certification.
- Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
