Biogenix is a physician-led longevity, regenerative and aesthetic medicine group in Sydney. Our patients are discerning and expect a premium experience from the first point of contact. We are looking for a polished, driven and social-savvy person to own our front of house, run our social presence, drive our local marketing, and be a genuine ambassador for the brand.

This is a full-time role for someone who blends warm, professional client care with real sales instinct and a love of social content. If you live on Instagram and TikTok, know what makes a brand look good online, and want to grow with a scaling business, this is for you.

The role You are the first impression of Biogenix and a driving force behind how the brand shows up, in the clinic and online. You own front of house and the client experience, you help grow the business through local marketing and social content, and you turn enquiries into booked patients. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the clinical team.

What you will do

- Own front of house and deliver a premium, polished client experience from first contact
- Create and manage our social content across Instagram, TikTok and beyond
- Convert enquiries into bookings with genuine sales ability and warmth
- Drive local marketing: community presence, partnerships, events and local outreach
- Manage the diary, calls,



client communications and clinic flow
- Represent the brand professionally at every touchpoint, online and in person

Who you are Polished, professional and confident representing a premium brand. A natural communicator with demonstrable sales experience and a track record of converting and closing. Genuinely social-savvy, at home creating content for Instagram and TikTok, and keen to build a brand presence. A personal, active interest in health and wellness, so you connect authentically with what we do and what our patients are here for. Organised, proactive and driven, someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told. Ambitious and here to grow with us. Experience in aesthetics, hospitality, retail, events or another premium client-facing environment is highly regarded. What we offer A full time, high-profile role in a fast-growing premium medical group, with real variety across social, client experience, sales and marketing. Direct exposure to how a scaling business is built, room to grow, and a six-month review tied to performance. Total package around $75,000, made up of base salary, superannuation and a company wellness allowance including complimentary access to our diagnostics and longevity treatments, so you experience first-hand what you are helping our patients discover.
