Principal Broker – Corporate

Marsh Risk is seeking an experienced Principal Broker with a strong background in account management and new business within Property and Casualty Insurance to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Melbourne . The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an existing portfolio of Corporate clients.
- Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.
- On-board new clients and deliver on Marsh’s value proposition with high-quality service.
- Build and maintain meaningful senior-level relationships with insurers and key revenue-generating accounts.
- Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring solid account retention and defence.
- Actively participate in claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
- Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
- Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
- Strong market presence within General Insurance.
