Welder Fabricator / Boilermaker – Heavy Industry

We are looking for a trade-qualified Welder / Boilermaker to join a highly organised, safety-focused workshop. If you want to work alongside a top-tier crew using premium equipment to deliver heavy-duty civil and industrial fabrication, we want to hear from you.

The Role

- Perform high-quality fabrication, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of heavy plant and quarrying equipment
- Work proactively to diagnose faults and execute structural repairs to keep operations running smoothly
- Take an active role in mentoring and assisting in the training and development of workshop apprentices
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit, highly skilled maintenance team
- Champion a strict safety culture in every task you undertake

About You

- Hold a trade qualification - Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- Possess strong welding and fabrication experience, specifically repairing and maintaining heavy industry, mining, or quarrying machinery




- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- A genuine commitment to workplace safety and looking out for your mates on the floor
- Eager to pass on your knowledge and help develop the next generation of tradespeople
