We are seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our team in Brisbane!

This role could be a great fit for someone with in house procurement experience in one or more of the industries we work with. A large portion of our team has come from industry, bringing first hand experience of the environments our clients operate in and a real understanding of the challenges they face.

As a Senior Procurement Consultant, you'll work directly with clients, leading procurement engagements from planning and market approach through to evaluation, negotiation and contract award. You'll manage multiple projects, work through complex procurement challenges and build strong client relationships along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead end to end procurement engagements from strategy and market approach through to evaluation, negotiation and contract award
- Deliver procurement projects across different clients,



industries and procurement categories
- Develop procurement strategies, category approaches, market approach documentation and recommendation papers
- Lead tender processes, including evaluation, negotiation and contract establishment
- Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the procurement process
- Manage multiple projects and oversee deliverables to ensure deadlines and outcomes are met
- Mentor and support Consultants, contributing to project delivery and their development

What We Are Looking For

- 5–8 years' procurement experience within government or large corporate environments
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, end to end procurement processes
- Exposure to high value or high risk procurement activities
- Diverse category exposure across a range of goods and services, such as professional services, ICT, infrastructure, facilities, property, construction and corporate services
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability, including experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear procurement documentation and recommendations
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to work through complex procurement challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of autonomy
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
