Mathematics Teacher

Full-time Junior Mathematics contract role at a highly regarded independent girls' school through to the end of the year.

Job Description
ANZUK Education is partnering with a highly regarded independent girls’ school in Brisbane to recruit a Teacher – Mathematics for a full-time contract position commencing next term through to the end of the 2026 academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and collaborative Mathematics department within one of Brisbane’s leading independent school environments. The role will primarily involve teaching Junior Mathematics classes.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Teaching Junior Mathematics across secondary year levels
- Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons aligned to curriculum requirements
- Assessing, reporting and providing feedback to support student growth
- Contributing positively to a team-oriented and professional faculty environment
- Supporting students within a strong pastoral and academic framework

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Experience teaching Mathematics within secondary settings
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to contribute positively within a collaborative department
- Commitment to supporting student wellbeing and engagement




- Experience within independent school environments (desirable)

Requirements

- Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Commitment to safeguarding children and young people
