We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior RE & English Teacher to join a growing Catholic school in Yarrabilba . This is a full-time permanent opportunity commencing Term 3, 2026 , ideal for an educator who is committed to excellence in teaching and fostering student success within a faith-based environment.

About the Role
As a valued member of the teaching team, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Religious Education and English lessons (Years 7–12)
Inspire students through innovative and evidence-based teaching practices
Support student growth and achievement in a positive, inclusive workplace
Contribute to the co-curricular life of the school
Uphold and actively support the Catholic ethos and values of the school community

About You
You are an enthusiastic and skilled educator who:
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge in Religious Education and English
Practising Catholic committed to faith formation and Catholic education
Creates engaging, student-centred learning experiences
Is committed to continuous professional growth
Possesses excellent communication and classroom management skills




Values collaboration and contributes positively to school culture
Requirements
Relevant teaching qualifications
Current (or ability to obtain) Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
Full Australian working rights
Must be a practising Catholic with a clear understanding of and commitment to the mission and ethos of a Catholic school
