Brisbane MSP is seeking an L2 Support Desk Engineer to own the second-line ticket queue and resolve complex issues for mid-market and enterprise clients in Queensland. The role is hybrid and based in Brisbane, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and endpoint concerns.
You'll troubleshoot escalated tickets, document resolutions clearly, and help mentor junior engineers while staying aligned with service levels. If you’re experienced in L2 support within MSPs, we want to hear from you.
