The Ellson Hotel in Kingscote on Kangaroo Island is seeking a hands-on Rooms Manager to join our pre-opening team and help establish the Rooms operation before opening in December 2026.

Lead Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping, coordinate guest journeys from arrival to departure, and help create operating procedures and workflows for a newly developed 49-room boutique hotel. Cloudbeds experience would be advantageous.
