About You
You are a confident and passionate Room Leader who enjoys creating engaging, child-centred learning environments that celebrate each child's individuality. You believe in building strong,



respectful relationships with families and colleagues and understand the importance of creating a sense of belonging for every child.

You are an inspiring leader who can guide and mentor educators while ensuring high-quality educational programs are delivered in accordance with the EYLF, VEYLDF, and National Quality Standards. Most importantly, you share the service's belief that every child's unique strengths, interests, and needs should guide their learning journey.

As a Diploma or Bachelor-qualified Room Leader, you will lead the planning and implementation of engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and learning outcomes.

As a Room Leader, you will hold:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Room Leader position
- Current Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC-E)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
