The Role:

As theArea Manager you will

- Lead and mentor Centre Directors to deliver strong outcomes in education, operations, and compliance.
- Manage performance across multiple centres , including budgets, occupancy, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
- Support services in maintaining high-quality ratings under the National Quality Framework.
- Embed Child Safe Standards into everyday practice and culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with our Pedagogy & Practice Leader.
- Foster positive relationships with families, team members, community partners, and regulatory authorities.

About You! – The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who’s ready for an exciting journey!

You’ll bring:
➡️ A minimum Diploma of Children’s Services
➡️ Robust knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
➡️ Excellent Mentoring Skills
➡️ Great written and verbal communication abilities
➡️ Confidence in building relationships with families and the community
➡️ Working with Children’s check andcurrent first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
