About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join the school on a permanent full-time basis from Term 3, 2026 .
The successful applicant will confidently teach Mathematics across Years 7–10 , with the ability and willingness to teach an additional secondary subject. You will inspire students through engaging and contemporary teaching practices while contributing positively to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and high-quality Mathematics lessons across Years 7–10
- Teach an additional secondary subject as part of the teaching load
- Foster student achievement through innovative and evidence-based teaching practices
- Create a positive,



inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the Mathematics faculty and broader school community
- Contribute to the school’s co-curricular program and support its Catholic ethos

About You
You will bring:

- Experience teaching secondary Mathematics
- The ability to teach an additional secondary subject
- A passion for inspiring students and developing confidence in Mathematics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A team-oriented, organised, and proactive approach to teaching
- A commitment to contributing positively to a values-driven school community

Requirements

- Relevant teaching qualification
- Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration, or eligibility to obtain registration
- Full Australian working rights
- An understanding of, and willingness to support, the ethos of a Catholic school community
