We’re a busy, growing Poolwerx business operating across three stores, and we’re looking for a full-time Retail Superstar to become a key part of our team.

But we’ll be upfront…

WE ARE FULL-ON.

We’re a fast-paced, high-energy outfit. Customers are coming through the door, phones are ringing, water tests are happening, stock is moving, jobs need organising and there is ALWAYS something to do. We love it that way.

We need someone who can keep up, stay organised, think ahead and be on top of what’s happening.

This is NOT a job where you stand behind a counter waiting to be told what to do next.

RUN IT LIKE IT’S YOURS

This is probably the most important part of the job. We want you to treat our stores like they’re your own.

Walk through the door and think:

“If this was my business, what would I be doing right now?”

If something needs doing — do it.

If the store doesn’t look right — fix it.

If stock is running low — get onto it.

If a customer needs help — look after them.

If you see a sales opportunity — take it.

If something isn’t working — speak up and help find a solution.

If we’re getting smashed — jump in and help the team get it done.

We want someone who genuinely takes pride in how the stores look, operate, sell and perform.

You’ll have plenty of support, but we don’t want to have to give you a list every five minutes.

See it. Own it. Get it done.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING





You’ll work full-time Tuesday to Sunday, across three of our Poolwerx stores.

Your days will include

- Providing awesome, energetic customer service
- Pool and spa water testing
- Recommending chemicals and solutions to customers
- Selling pool equipment, cleaners, chemicals and accessories
- Answering phones and customer enquiries
- Keeping on top of stock levels and ordering
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Restocking and merchandising
- Keeping the stores clean, organised and looking sharp
- Following up customers and sales opportunities
- Learning our pool equipment, products and systems
- Communicating with our retail, admin and service teams
- Keeping on top of multiple priorities at once
- Taking responsibility for the store while you’re there
- Finding things to do WITHOUT waiting to be asked

Retail experience is great. Pool industry experience is even better — but neither is everything. We can teach you pools.

We can teach you water testing.

We can teach you products and systems.

We can’t teach you to CARE.
