An opportunity to join an established real estate investment management platform in a funds management role supporting institutional capital mandates. The Fund Analyst will work across portfolio modelling, forecasting, investment analysis, valuations, transactions, capital management and investor reporting, providing analytical support to both portfolio-level strategy and investment decision-making.

The role works closely with Investment Managers and teams across Asset Management, Capital Transactions, Treasury and Finance, providing exposure across the broader investment platform rather than operating within a purely reporting-focused function.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and maintain detailed fund and portfolio models incorporating asset-level performance, valuations, capital expenditure, financing and capital management assumptions
- Forecast earnings, distributions, cash flow, debt metrics, property valuations and investment returns
- Undertake detailed analysis across leasing, capex, valuations, acquisitions, divestments and financing activity
- Support the assessment and underwriting of new investment opportunities in conjunction with Investment Management and Capital Transactions teams
- Prepare analysis, recommendations and investment proposals for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly investment and portfolio reporting
- Prepare analysis and materials for institutional investors, senior management and Investment Committees
- Support annual budgeting, business planning and portfolio strategy
- Assist with internal and external valuation processes
- Analyse debt compliance,



distributions and broader capital management considerations
- Contribute to portfolio strategy, investment recommendations and business improvement initiatives

The role offers broad exposure across fund modelling, transactions, reporting and portfolio strategy, with involvement in acquisition and divestment analysis alongside debt and equity financing activity.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will bring relevant experience across real estate funds management, investment management, transactions, valuations, investment banking or a similarly analytical property environment.

A strong foundation in financial modelling and commercial property analysis is essential, together with the ability to interpret complex information and translate analysis into clear recommendations.

Candidates will ideally demonstrate:

- Solid financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
- Experience working with fund, acquisition, development or investment models
- Sound understanding of commercial property valuation and investment principles
- Exposure to portfolio forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across investment, asset management, finance and capital management functions
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and institutional capital partners
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and analytical judgement
