KVB Technical Services Pty Ltd is a young, niche and developing company, specialising in electrical and security systems work across commercial buildings and projects. The role

As a full-time General Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, connecting, commissioning, maintaining and modifying electrical equipment, wiring and control systems across commercial projects.

Your duties will include:

- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, plans and specifications
- Installing and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment and control systems
- Pulling, dressing and terminating cables
- Installing cable trays, conduits and trunking cable systems
- Testing and commissioning electrical installations
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Installing, terminating,



testing and fault-finding data and communications cabling
- Working with security systems and devices, including access control, CCTV and intercom systems
- Working independently and as part of a team on commercial building projects

Qualifications and work experience: · A recognised electrical qualification or trade certificate (or in the process of obtaining your electrical licence)

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Electrician or similar role working on commercial buildings or electrical projects

· Sound knowledge of electrical installation, testing and fault-finding procedures

· The ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation

· Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
