The Role An opportunity has become available for a motivated and detail-focused Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team in Glen Iris.

Reporting to the Group Accountant and working closely with the Finance Manager, this role will provide hands-on exposure across financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance and general accounting activities.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent accounting graduate looking to begin their career within a large and supportive finance team. You will receive excellent exposure across the broader accounting function, with strong opportunities to learn, develop and progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with month-end journals, including accruals and provisions
- Preparing balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Processing and reconciling intercompany transactions
- Supporting monthly financial reporting




- Investigating financial variances and discrepancies
- Assisting with compliance requirements, including BAS preparation
- Supporting stock recosting and financial data accuracy
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives across the finance team

About You

- Recently completed or nearing completion of a degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business
- Proactive and energetic, with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- Planning to commence CA or CPA studies
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs and PivotTables
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience with Pronto ERP is desirable but not essential
- Previous accounting experience is welcomed but not required
