We are seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable Groundsman/handyman to join our Bathurst team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and has an exceptional eye for detail.

What the role includes:

- Lawn mowing (including ride on mowers for the bigger jobs).

- Whipper Snipping and edging.

- Hedge trimming and pruning.

- Weed control and spraying.

- General garden maintenance and weed pulling.

- Basic garden clean-ups and presentation work.

- Loading equipment and towing a trailer between sites.

- Minor home repairs and maintenance.

About you:

- You enjoy working outdoors and take pride in neat, tidy, well-presented gardens.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Experience with grounds,



gardening or similar (preferred)

- Confident operating grounds equipment including push mowers, ride on mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, whipper snippers etc.

- Able to safely drive and operate a vehicle with a trailer.

- Reliable, punctual and able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.

- Mechanically minded.
