The Role

Are you passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable first impressions? Join our team at the reception hub for Sydney Tower Dining, where you’ll be the first point of contact for guests experiencing one of Sydney’s most iconic destinations. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused Guest Relations Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in guests to the appropriate dining venue.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed on current offers, promotions, and venue details.




- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Provide support and solutions in guest service situations.

What we are looking for:

- Solid customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
- A reliable team player with strong communication skills.
