We're looking for an experienced gym qualified who genuinely enjoys people — someone who'll take day-to-day ownership of our 24/7 facility, build real relationships with our members, and grow their own PT business on our floor.

The role

- Membership sales — enquiries, walk-ins, trials and conversions
- Following up leads, renewals and declined payments by phone, SMS and email
- Managing memberships via CRMs such as clubfit, gymmaster, clubware etc
- Knowledge of billing processes and questions that members have
- Day-to-day running of the facility: member support, cleanliness, equipment checks, restocking
- Cleaning is a major part of this role, so we need someone who is respectful and wants to maintain a clean space
- Social content — short-form video and photos for Instagram and Facebook
- Weekly reporting on memberships, sales and member feedback

Your own PT business

- Full use of the gym floor for your 1:1 clients
- Hours outside your shifts are yours




- Your clients hold memberships, so growing your book grows ours
- Scope to build a class program if you want to

About You

- Proven experience in a gym — attendant, membership consultant or manager, must have worked for at least 3 years in a group fitness studio, and a 24/7 large format gym
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness, current First Aid, CPR and public liability insurance
- A demonstrable sales record — be ready to tell us what you converted, how you have grown a member base in your previous roles.
- Confident with short-form content — Reels, TikTok, Canva
- Organised, self-directed and comfortable working without close supervision
- Genuinely enjoys people and building relationships with members

Pay: $26.91 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
