This role is suited to an educator confident teaching Design and Technologies (7-10) within a high-performing and strong academic culture all-girls Independent school in Inner Brisbane environment.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Middle Years Design and Digital Technologies, Digital Solutions and Design, or Technologies across the Middle Years.
- Maintain a high standard of learning and teaching, assessment and reporting that is relevant, collaborative and future-focussed.
- Perform conscientiously and competently the duties, both teaching and non‑teaching,



assigned by the Principal from time to time.
- Take part in professional development activities and other in-service courses provided by the School or recommended by the Principal.

About You

You are:

- Have excellent knowledge of the Australian Curriculum for Design and Technologies, and Digital Technologies
- Be well versed in the philosophies and pedagogies relevant to the Middle and Senior Years and be able to articulate innovative teaching practices.
- Be a confident user of ICT and associated programs with the ability to use technology as an integral part of teaching and learning.
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative environment

Requirements

- Relevant teaching qualification
- Current QCT registration
- Full working rights in Australia
