We are hiring for Test Analyst -ServiceNow for Sydney location.
Role : Test Analyst -ServiceNow
Location : Sydney
Duration: 12 months minimum with potential extension
- 7+ years of experience in software/manual testing .
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing .
- Solid experience in manual testing and test case design.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing .
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes .
- Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA .
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
