Genics, a Brisbane-based Australian biotech company, seeks a Bioinformatician to own the analytical pipelines behind our commercial microbiome services. The role starts with the Oxford Nanopore 16S workflow and extends to ITS and other barcoding analyses, with an eye toward a broader analytical platform.

You will work with lab scientists to define reporting, drive automated dashboards, and ensure reproducible, versioned workflows as the platform scales for global customers.
