This is a chance to use your partnership development skills to help create greater opportunity for children with disability, people with disability and their families. Develop and deliver Northcott’s partnership strategy, with clear priorities and a focus on long-term growth.
Build and manage a pipeline of funding opportunities across grants,trustsand foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships.
Develop strong proposals, cases for support and partnership approaches that reflect Northcott’s impact and priorities.
Build trusted relationships with funders,partnersand internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver outcomes.
Represent Northcott professionally in meetings,eventsand partner discussions.

About you
You will bring strong business development and relationship management experience, along with a proven ability toidentifyopportunities, develop compelling proposals and work collaboratively to secure support. You will also bring:
At least five years’ experience in partnership development, grants or fundraising across the not-for-profit,governmentor corporate sectors.
A track recordof securing revenue from a range of funding sources, including grants,trustsand foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop clear, persuasive proposals and presentations.
The ability to build trusted relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in the disability, health or community services sector would be highly regarded.
