Australia Post is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive end-to-end analytics solutions within the Customer Experience Transformation Program. You’ll gather and interpret stakeholder requirements, build analyses and dashboards, and deliver scalable, automated insights for informed decision-making.

Reporting to the Customer Adoption team, you’ll improve quality, support adoption, and sometimes train end users on analytics solutions.
