Metcash's Ravenhall Distribution Centre is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse operators, including pickers, packers and forklift drivers, ensuring daily targets are met safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Regional Distribution Manager, you'll drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating labour and workflows.

This permanent 4‑day week offers four 10‑hour shifts with start times between 4:00am and 6:00pm, and a full‑time salary and advantages.
