This role is designed for established OSHC leaders who are already operating at Area or Regional level. If you are currently managing multiple OSHC services and are looking for a role that offers autonomy, trust, and strong professional backing, this opportunity will speak to you.
This organisation partners with experienced leaders who understand large portfolios, complex stakeholder relationships, and compliance at scale. This is not a step-up role and is not suitable for single-service leadership backgrounds. About the Role As an Area Manager, you will take ownership of a defined OSHC portfolio across NSW.
You will oversee 10 to 11 services , completing 7 to 8 service visits per week , with full autonomy to plan your schedule in a way that best supports your services while maintaining balance and efficiency.
This is a hybrid and mobile position combining field-based leadership, remote administration, and regular collaboration with a national leadership team. You will report to a senior national leader and travel to Melbourne once per month for planning, professional development, and team connection. All travel,
accommodation, and expenses are fully covered.
This Role Is Suited To You If You Are Already:
- An OSHC Area Manager or Regional Manager
- Managing multiple OSHC services concurrently
- Responsible for service compliance, A&R; outcomes, and stakeholder relationships at scale
- Comfortable leading performance conversations across multiple teams
Experience at this level is essential and non-negotiable . Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring Service Leaders across a multi-site OSHC portfolio
- Supporting services through Assessment and Rating, working closely with specialist quality and compliance teams
- Maintaining strong, professional relationships with School Principals and key stakeholders
- Being the primary escalation point for operational, people, and performance matters
- Reviewing service data and delivering monthly reports reflecting compliance, engagement, and overall portfolio health
- Conducting regular educator and leadership appraisals to drive consistency and high performance
- Visiting services frequently and meaningfully to ensure visible, hands-on leadership
- 10 to 11 OSHC services
- 7 to 8 service visits per week
- Full autonomy in structuring your fortnight

Essential Experience and Requirements To be considered,
you must have:
- Demonstrated experience as an OSHC Area Manager or Regional Manager
- Proven leadership of multiple OSHC services simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of NQF, NQS, MTOP, and Assessment and Rating processes
- Experience managing compliance, performance, and stakeholder expectations across a region
- ACECQA approved qualifications, Diploma or higher
- A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle, with a generous travel allowance provided
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary up to$115,000 , dependent on experience
- 12% superannuation
- All travel paid for
- Monthly fully funded travel to Melbourne for leadership connection and development
- Hybrid flexibility balancing field leadership and home-based administration
