Sodexo is seeking two hands-on HSE Advisors to join our site-based team on a FIFO 8/6 roster, one permanent full time role and one 12-month fixed-term opportunity. You will be visible on the ground, investigate incidents, deliver safety training, and drive safety improvements with a strong focus on engaging with the workforce.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in safety, Cert IV Health & Safety, and willingness to obtain necessary checks and assessments. Current WA licence preferred.
