Role Description

The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Myaree, WA, overseeing day-to-day activities on residential construction sites. This role includes coordinating trades and contractors, monitoring project progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring work meets quality standards and building codes. The Construction Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, enforces construction safety procedures, and addresses issues or delays to keep projects on track. The role also involves transparent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve concerns,



and support an efficient, transparent building process.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and contractor coordination
- Proficiency in site supervision and day-to-day construction site management
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders
- Experience with inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with building standards
- Solid understanding of construction safety practices and ability to enforce safety protocols
- Relevant experience in residential construction or homebuilding supervision
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Western Australia
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites as required
- Relevant trade qualification, diploma, or degree in construction management or a related field preferred
