About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Team Leade r to manage a Supported Independent Living (SIL) service s on the Central Coast You’ll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person- centered care that empowers clients to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sit e s.

- Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and compliant.

- Leading the development and review of person-centered support plan

- Ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements.

- Supporting clients during NDIS planning and review meetings





- Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where required

- Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement.

- Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams.

Who We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sector

- Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient

- Excellent organi s ational , communication and coaching skills

- Hold a valid NSW Driver’s Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.

- Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
