Brush Hands/Trade Assistant - Opportunity to learn

Eptec Group is a specialist contractor delivering asset preservation and rehabilitation services across the defence, marine, transport, and infrastructure sectors. Our expertise spans corrosion management, blasting and painting, structural remediation, waterproofing, cathodic protection, CFRP structural strengthening, and pipeline hazard assessments.

We work on some of the nation’s most iconic projects, including Warragamba Dam Pipeline, Brisbane Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro, Old Murray Bridge, and HMAS Choules.

About the role:

We are seeking skilledBrush Hands/Trade Assistantsto join our growing team, based at Henderson, WA.

- Surface and paint preparation.
- Industrial painting and blasting.
- General site maintenance
- Usage of equipment's and hand power tools.
- Working in confined spaces
- Overtime and some weekend work available
- Opportunity for training & development

Skills/Experience:

- Candidates must be Australian citizens
- Industrial spray painter experience (Highly advantageous)
- Painting-decorating / Roller/brush experience
- Strong safety mindset
- Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
- EWP License
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Confined Space Ticket
- Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience ideally.
- Team player and safety-first attitude




- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D&A; screen
