Role Overview

The Promoter / Ambassador Manager is responsible for recruiting, managing, and engaging the venue’s network of promoters, street team members, and brand ambassadors to drive ticket sales, booth bookings, and brand awareness. This role blends people management, marketing activation, and nightlife culture insight to maximise attendance and engagement across all events.

Key Responsibilities

Promoter Network Management

- Recruit, onboard, and train promoters and ambassadors to represent the venue’s brand and events.
- Develop weekly sales targets and track individual performance.
- Organise and lead regular team meetings, updates, and incentive briefings.
- Distribute event information, promotional materials, and social media content to promoter teams.
- Monitor and encourage promoters’ online activity, ensuring content is on-brand and engaging.
- Drive pre-sale ticket purchases and booth bookings through the promoter network.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain accurate records of sales, guest list contributions, and conversions.
- Produce weekly performance reports for management.




- Identify high-performing promoters and reward them with incentives (e.g., bonuses, VIP perks).

Brand Representation

- Ensure promoters and ambassadors uphold the venue’s image, tone of voice, and guest experience standards.
- Attend key events to manage guest arrivals, promoter guest lists, and VIP hosting where required.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience managing promoters or ambassador teams in the nightlife, events, or entertainment industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Sales-focused with the ability to set and achieve measurable targets.
- Understanding of social media marketing and influencer activation.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and key event dates.

KPIs & Success Measures

- Growth in ticket sales and booth bookings attributed to promoter network.
- Active and engaged promoter team with high retention rates.
- Positive brand representation in-person and online.
- Timely and accurate reporting of promoter performance.
