Casual School Learning Support Officers (SLSOs) We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic School Learning Support Officers (SLSOs) to join our casual team, working across a variety of primary, secondary and special needs schools throughout Sydney. This is a fantastic chance for experienced SLSOs, education support staff, youth workers, disability support workers, or university students studying teaching who are looking for flexible work and the chance to make a real difference.

About the Role As a Casual SLSO, you will:

- Support students one-on-one and in small groups
- Assist teachers in the classroom
- Help students with learning, behaviour and wellbeing
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work across a range of school settings

About You

- Passionate about supporting children and young people
- Reliable, patient and adaptable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in education or support work is highly regarded
- Experience working with students with additional needs

Expected Pay: $33.40 – $60 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
