We are looking for a Strong and Passionate Head Chef and Sous Chef to join in the execution of a large-scale kitchen operation. The successful candidates must have a passion for hospitality, highly organised, be a team player and be able to bring a positive attitude.

The Role:

- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong focus on delivering consistently high standards through every service
- Highly organised and can plan and execute services
- Resilient, quick thinking & pro active
- Part of a large team that has a strong focus on positivity and balance in the workplace
- Good understanding of financial controls regarding the kitchen





To be successful you must have:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a mid-sized kitchen team
- Solid experience running high-volume production across busy service periods
- Strong leadership presence with a positive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work with speed, precision and cleanliness across all services
- Sound knowledge of food safety and OH&S; requirements
- Confidence directing and mentoring junior staff at varying skill levels
- A working understanding of kitchen financials including food cost and budgeting
