Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Design and create innovative, seasonal menus that align with our restaurant's vision and quality standards.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain the highest standards of taste and quality.
- Manage inventory, ordering, rostering, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff to develop their skills.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all dishes served.
- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen processes and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume,



fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional culinary creativity and a deep understanding of modern food trends.
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for food, with a commitment to delivering the best possible dining experience.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
