Maliyan Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic for an immediate-start position with a local business in Karratha.

About the role You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles and diesel equipment while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Your duties may include

- Conducting scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and completing repairs
- Repairing heavy diesel vehicles and associated equipment
- Completing inspections and identifying required repairs




- Maintaining accurate job cards and service records
- Following workplace safety procedures and site requirements

What we’re looking for
- Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Mechanic trade qualification
- Previous experience working with heavy vehicles or diesel equipment
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Current Australian working rights
