Hastings Heavy Vehicle Repairs is a 11 year old family-owned heavy vehicle repair centre on the beautiful Mid North Coast. We're looking for a skilled Light/Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our close-knit, friendly team.

What you'll be doing:

- Servicing, inspecting, and maintaining trucks and trailers
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out mechanical repairs to a high standard




- Keeping accurate service and maintenance records
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and protected workshop
- Working confidently both independently and as part of a team

What we're looking for:

- Trade qualification as a Light/Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic
- Solid experience with trucks and trailers (essential)
- HVAIS qualification (highly regarded, not essential)
- HR licence (highly regarded, not essential)
- welding/fabrication skills (highly regarded, not essential)
- A genuine commitment to WHS/OH&S; standards
- A reliable, honest, hardworking attitude
- Confidence to work unsupervised once fully qualified
