About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll support a fun, laid-back 69-year-old woman who needs assistance with all daily cares. She loves a valuable laugh, appreciates friendly banter, and enjoys being around people who have an easy-going outlook on life.

What You’ll Do

- Provide person-centred support in daily living activities, including personal care, domestic tasks, and community access
- Support clients in social, recreational, and community participation
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow support plans




- Communicate effectively with client, family, and team members
- Uphold client dignity, choice, and rights at all times
