The Red Cow Hotel is now offering an opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Licensee to join our team.

As an experienced Licensee, you will oversee every facet of the hotel, including bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming. You will guide and develop your team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent financial performance. Acting as the hotel's ambassador, you will nurture relationships with local organisations such as the Police, the council, local businesses, neighbours and customers.

What you will need to succeed:

- Honest, dependable and professional
- Hands on with strong leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, including food, beverage & gaming




- A passion for hospitality & customer service
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Confidence and maturity
- A strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Solid compliance knowledge, to ensure the venue complies with all laws and regulations
- Experience in booking & managing entertainment
- The desire to have fun and LOVE what you do!
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Pub Managerial role
- RSA & RCG (NSW)
- Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling
- Licensee and Advanced Licensee Training (NSW)
