The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated duty manager to join our team in a full-time role.

Working closely with the Venue Manager Mel, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, leading the team, and helping drive the overall performance of the venue. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading, mentoring, and developing staff
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience across all areas
- Managing daily operations including bar, bistro, TAB
- Cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation, and reporting




- Maintaining safety, compliance, and RSA/RCG standards
- Driving revenue through promotions, events, and local engagement
- Managing labour and assisting with cost control
- Handling and managing delivery of stock and invoicing

What You’ll Bring

- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front
- Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset
- Great communication and organisational ability
- Experience in a licensed venue (preferred but not essential)
- Current RSA and RCG certifications
- A genuine connection to community and team culture
